Who is responsible for your data

What we keep when you have an account
Your email and display name, your lesson and drill progress, the tables you save or suggest, online game rooms you join, and your look settings if you turn on syncing them across devices.
What stays only on your device
Guest progress (until you sign in), custom pictures, sound choices and text size are stored in your browser and aren't sent to us.
What we don't do
No ads. We don't sell your data, and we don't track you for marketing.
How long we keep things
Feedback and Teach with Us applications are deleted 1 year after they're sent.
City requests don't include any personal details. We keep them until that city is added to Find a Table, then delete them.
Online game tables are deleted automatically 24 hours after the last move.
Account data stays until you delete your account.
Children
Accounts are for adults 18 and older. If we learn that someone younger has an account, we'll delete it.
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Guests' progress stays on their own device.
Deleting your data
Signed-in players can delete their account and everything saved with it any time from Settings → Delete my account. You can also email privacy@mindharborlabs.com from the address on your account.
Changes
This policy may change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
