What's in a set

Besides the 152 tiles, most American sets come with four racks (often with pusher arms), a pair of dice, and sometimes chips for keeping score. Each player also brings their own copy of the current NMJL card. Equipment styles vary by maker.

Rack parts: top ledge for exposures, tile shelf, card slot, pusher arm and your wallcard slot① Top ledge — exposures go here② Tile shelf — your 13 tiles face you④ Pusher arm⑤ Your wall: 19 stacks × 2 tiles = 38
③ Card slot: some racks have one; otherwise keep your card in your lap. Rack styles vary by maker.
